Delivery
Casetony does not cover customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order by contacting us at hello@casetony.com.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to cancel your order within a specified period under consumer protection laws. If you have already received your order, you will be responsible for returning the item. Shipping fees for returns of non-defective products are the customer’s responsibility.
If you are returning an order from outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply, which you will need to cover.
Note: Personalised products are custom-made exclusively for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all labels intact. Proper packaging is required to avoid damage during transit. If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, it will be sent back without a refund.
Casetony reserves the right to refuse refunds if an unusual pattern of returns is detected.
Returns & Refunds
If your item is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@casetony.com with a description and photos of the issue.
We do not process refunds if the return request lacks a valid reason or if an item is sent back without prior communication.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Casetony will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items.

Casetony Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on our website. Any misuse of an account may result in suspension or removal. Unauthorized use of another individual’s Casetony account is strictly prohibited.
Warranty
Casetony guarantees the quality of its products. However, our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or external factors.
Warranty claims will only be accepted if proper product care instructions have been followed.
